Although he avoided shoving both feet in his mouth (except for his notable Constitution gaffe), Sen. Joe Biden was in rare form in the VP debate Thursday night. He sounded mature and distinguished, but his amiable performance masked at least 14 documentable whoppers which the McCain campaign highlighted in the ad shown above and listed in this blog post on their campaign site.
Predictably, the Obama campaign countered with their ususal claim of "the McCain-Palin campaign has proven they offer nothing for working Americans but more of the same failed policies and discredited attacks," yet I noticed they didn't refute any of the allegations cited.
